Operations

Randy Bampfield


Managing Director

Randy is an Atlanta area lawyer. He has been affiliated with ACT1 Theater since the summer 2017 when he was cast in Jesus Christ Superstar. Since then, he has been on ACT1 Theater’s MainStage several times and participated in several City of Alpharetta/ACT1 Theater partnership shows. He is a member of Alpharetta Presbyterian Church and is a former board member.

Jessica Williams


Artistic Director



Jessica has been a performer for 20 years across three states. She holds degrees in Theatre and English from Converse College, and has served as a Costume Designer and school Theatre Consultant before joining the ACT1 Theater Board. Jessica has performed in 5 shows with ACT1 since 2018 including Mrs. Baskin in Big the Musical and Don Pedro in Much Ado About Nothing, and costume designed many more. Her day job is being a stay at home mom for her two daughters.

Arthur Colby


Treasurer

Arthur is an Auction Services Manager who oversees 6 auctions in the southeast for CarMax. He was born in Maracaibo, Venezuela, & joined Alpharetta Presbyterian in 2017. Arthur enjoys serving as a way to give thanks for our journey through life & those we meet on the way. At APC, Arthur enjoys serving in the Breakfast Club, Communion preparation, Family Promise & as Usher. He also enjoys participating in adult faith education, & has led a Disciple Class. Arthur is currently serving as Deacon in APC & board member of ACT1. Arthur holds a BBA in Management from Stetson University.

Heather Wagner

Heather is the Director of Lionheart WORKS. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and from Union Presbyterian Seminary (VA) with a Master of Arts in Christian Education with an emphasis in community building and experiential education. Heather is a certified Supported Employment Professional (ACRE trained) and is an active member of TASH and APSE on the national level.

Stuart Moring

Stuart Moring began his relationship with ACT1 Theater as a cast member of The Wizard of Oz and is a past president of the Albany (GA) Little Theater.  Prior to retirement in 2015, he served as Public Works/Environmental Director in Roswell, Georgia. The Georgia Society of Professional Engineers presented him its Lifetime Achievement Award in 2018. 

He is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Historic Roswell, and served as President 2015-16. He is an ordained Elder and sings in the choir of Alpharetta Presbyterian Church.

Christie Lee Fisher

Christie Lee Fisher is happy to be serving her first term on the ACT1 Theater board. Christie is an Atlanta-native who has been involved with theatre for over 25 years as a performer. She has performed at theaters such as the Alliance Theatre, 7stages, Pumphouse Players, School Street Playhouse, and Northside UMC in addition to ACT1 Theater. Christie is a Kennesaw State University graduate with a degree in communications/public relations. She is also mom to three-year-old Tommy and is an avid Walt Disney World fan.
